1: The Tenancy Set Up Fee is payable at the outset of the initial tenancy and includes preparation of the tenancy agreement, tenant references, tenant right to rent checks, AML checks and all compliance checks.

2: The Renewal Tenancy Set Up Fee is payable at the outset of any renewal and includes preparation of the renewal tenancy agreement.

3: Payable upon registration of the deposit by Anthony Pepe.
