What’s Changing in 2025

The Government’s new Renters Rights Bill will introduce some of the biggest changes to the rental market in years, including:

• A move to periodic tenancies for all landlords
• A new obligation to consider tenants with pets or on benefits
• A requirement for 4 months’ notice if you wish to sell or move back into your property
