Anthony Pepe may from time to time introduce customers to third-party service providers. Where we do so, we may receive a commission, administration payment or other form of remuneration from that provider.

Anti-Money Laundering and Identity Verification

Anthony Pepe uses Lifetime Legal to facilitate anti-money laundering and identity verification checks in connection with property transactions. The current charge payable by the customer to Lifetime Legal for an AML verification pack is £85.

Anthony Pepe receives an administration payment from Lifetime Legal in connection with the administration and processing of these checks.

Lifetime Legal may also offer customers separate products, memberships or other services. These are optional and are provided by Lifetime Legal. Anthony Pepe does not receive any commission or other payment from ongoing Lifetime Legal membership subscriptions.

Charges and third-party payments may change from time to time. The applicable customer charge will be confirmed when the service is offered.
